With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across both large and small technology companies, Jen has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and implementing scalable processes that drive organizational growth.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Jen resides on a ranch with her husband and daughter, where they enjoy staying busy with various projects. Her son, who lives nearby, frequently joins the family for Colorado Avalanche hockey games, a favorite pastime for all.
In her new role, Jen will spearhead the continued modernization of Message Broadcast’s human resources program, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
